Taxkey Navigator — Terms of Service
Last updated:September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taxkey Navigator, an online library of tax-topic video briefings and supporting notes made available at taxkeyinsights.thinkific.com (the "Platform"), operated by Taxkey Insights Limited ("Taxkey", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 466060), registered office at Moone, Athy, Co. Kildare, R14 NH31.
By purchasing or accessing any Navigator topic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use Navigator.
1. What Navigator is
Navigator provides general educational content on Irish tax topics, delivered as a video briefing with supporting downloadable notes, for individual purchase by topic. Navigator is designed to help you understand the issues involved in a topic, identify questions worth raising, and prepare for a conversation with a professional adviser.
2. What Navigator is not
Navigator content is general in nature and is not personalised tax, legal, financial or other professional advice. It does not take account of your individual circumstances and must not be relied upon as a substitute for engaging Taxkey, or another suitably qualified adviser, to advise on your specific position. Tax law is complex, subject to change, and open to interpretation by Revenue and the courts; Taxkey gives no assurance that the general commentary in Navigator will apply to, or remain accurate for, your circumstances.
3. Access and purchases
Each Navigator topic is purchased and paid for individually through the Platform. Payment is processed by Thinkific and its payment providers; Taxkey does not directly store your card details. On successful payment, you will be granted ongoing access to the video and notes for that topic, for so long as Navigator continues to operate and your account remains in good standing under these Terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and purchasing, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Permitted use
Access to Navigator content is personal to you (or, where purchased by a firm on behalf of a named individual, to that individual). You may not share your login, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or otherwise make Navigator content available to any third party without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All video content, notes, text, graphics and other materials made available through Navigator are owned by Taxkey (or licensed to Taxkey) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a topic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use that content for your own reference. No other rights are granted.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep purchased content available on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may need to suspend, update or withdraw content from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in tax law or Revenue practice, or for platform maintenance. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxkey's liability to you in connection with Navigator is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant topic. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings, arising from your use of, or reliance on, Navigator content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland, and the courts of the Republic of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Taxkey Navigator — Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Nature of the product
Each Navigator topic is a digital product (video briefing plus downloadable notes) to which you are given immediate access once payment is completed.
2. Cooling-off period and digital content
Under Irish and EU consumer law, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By ticking the relevant box at checkout and accessing the video or notes for a topic, you provide that consent and acknowledgement, and your statutory cooling-off right ends at that point.
3. Our refund approach
Notwithstanding section 2, we want you to feel the content was worth purchasing. We will consider a refund, at our discretion, where:
● you purchased a topic in error (for example, a duplicate purchase of the same topic), and notify us within 7 days of purchase; or
● you experienced a technical fault that prevented you from accessing the video or notes, which we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time; or
● you contact us within 7 days of purchase and confirm you have not yet accessed the video or downloaded the notes for that topic.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days, via Thinkific's payment processor.
5. What isn't covered
We do not offer refunds simply because you disagree with, or decide not to act on, the general commentary in a topic, or because the content did not address a specific personal circumstance — Navigator is general educational content, not tailored advice (see our Terms of Service).
